Enrolment Procedures.

  • Admission Procedure

Upon receipt of all admission documents, the faculty and board will take the following steps to complete the application for admission process:

  1. The faculty will review the documents and will propose each applicant to the Board for (non) admission to one of the College’s programs.
  2. The Board may consider applicants who do not meet the standard admission requirements. Such applicants will be admitted on probation. The conditions for the probation will be stated in the student’s records.
  3. The Board may consider applicants who have completed course work in addition to the standard requirements for the 3-year program for advance placement in this program. Such a decision will be recorded in the student’s records.
  4. The Board may consider late applications.
  5. All applicants will receive written notice of the Board’s decision.
  6. Within two weeks after receipt of this notice from the Board, all candidates must notify the College of their acceptance using the Confirmation Form provided for that purpose.
  7. Students who are accepted into one of the College’s programs are required to provide the following documentation before classes begin in September:

    a) Doctor’s certificate testifying to a tuberculosis-free status.
    b) Proof that a police check has been conducted.
