The following steps describe the application procedure:

- An interview is mandatory for non-Canadian/American Reformed applicants. A member of the Board of Governors will be present at this interview.
- Applicants arrange to have official transcripts from previously attended educational institutions (high school, community college, university, etc.) sent directly to the Admissions Office.
- Applicants arrange to have three letters of reference (academic, pastoral, personal/employment) attesting to the applicant’s suitability for admission to the College. Letters must be written on the forms provided by the College and sent directly to the Admissions Office.
- Applicants seeking admission to the one-year program leading to a Diploma of Education Studies are asked to supply an additional letter written by a principal or board chair in support of their studies at the College.
